We contacted Home Team for a boiler installation quote. From our initial enquiry, they contacted us the same day, and arranged for an engineer to come round. Within two days of our enquiry we were sat with an engineer discussing our options about where to have a new boiler fitting. He was professional and very knowledge in the services and products available. He shared his own experience with boilers and gave us sound advice. He gave us options and suggestions and was very friendly throughout the conversations. Within a day of the visit, we received a quote. There was no pressure in making a quick decision, no hassle with telephone calls etc. At this point, we were very impressed with the service we’d received so far, we placed our order with Home Team. We received a installation date within a two week window. The estimation for the job completion was 2 days and they completed it in two days – no hassle. Overall, we were very impressed with the customer service, information and quality of work carried out. Once the work was complete, two days later we received a bouquet of flower from Home Team to say thank you for giving them the work. A great service from the team – from advice on which boiler was best for us, right through to the day of installation and beyond. Russell came to visit us twice to ensure that our replacement boiler would fit with the plans for our new kitchen. Before we even gave the go-ahead for the work nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the installation Darren and his colleague were great – clean, tidy, polite and patient with our very excited Labrador! Helen provided prompt and efficient responses to all our questions before and after the installation. An all round excellent service from a local team!
We had a huge boiler and complex heating system to be replaced, along with fitting some new radiators in some awkward locations. From the survey and quote, through to the diligent and really hard work put in by the 3 guys that came, we were really pleased with the attitudes, quality of work and the genuine, pleasant people that Home Team provided to do the work. We had a new combi boiler and Wave system controller put in and we are just thrilled with the performance of all of it! The home team were able to help us with a long list of assorted kitchen, bathroom and even garden jobs. We were very impressed with their services and they ensured each job was completed to a high standard. Their prices were also surprisingly reasonable, given that the amount of time and effort they put into each job. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
What a refreshing change to experience a service provider that actually delivers customer satisfaction! Rob and Connor were absolutely fantastic. The job was not easy at all – in fact Rob said it was the most difficult job he had handled in his 24 years experience, however they both cracked on and did a fantastic job for my elderly in-laws. Nothing was too much trouble and all obstacles were overcome.
